On what day of the month is the Agent of Record captured on the policy as payable?
From Ascension (03/01/2024)
Effective immediately, the Agent of Record (AOR) will be locked in for the policy year (January through December). Agents must have appointment documents completed, be properly licensed, contracted, appointed, and certified to be designated as an AOR.

Special Enrollment Period (SEP) enrollments will have the agent listed on the first active enrollment period. For example, if SEP coverage is effective May 1, 2024, the agent listed will be locked in for the remainder of the plan year (May through December).
Other changes will be at the discretion of US Health and Life Insurance Company (USHL).
Please note that USHL requires members to provide permission for agents to change their records: |
