    How to Print ID Cards?

    Members should be able to log into their MyUHC portal to request a new member ID card or contact Member Services. Brokers are able to request ID Cards from their Jarvis Portal by going into their BOB.

    How to Change/Select PCP?

    Members should be able to log into their MyUHC Portal to change their PCP or contact Member Services to change to an in-network PCP. Brokers are also able to change their member’s PCP through Jarvis in their BOB.

    When changing a PCP Members and Brokers would need to look for the Provider ID in the UHC provider search.

    If a client has a mid-year plan change due to a Qualifying Life Event, will their deductible reset?

    In the case of UHC, if a client switches plans on the same metal tier, it will not reset. Otherwise, it will, unless they change using the “Below 150% FPL” SEP. In that case, the accumalation will remain intact regardless of the switch in metal tiers.

    What is the status of HMO’s and EPO’s? And are virtual plans available?

    There will be mostly HMO’s, but there will be some EPO’s. As for virtual plans, there will be virtual Urgent Care available in all States.

    What day of the month do you capture the AoR on the policy as payable?

    UHC goes by the 834 file date.

    Will there be incentives offered to members? If so, how does the member get those?

    UHC will be offering members $100 Visa gift cards, as well as gym memberships. Information can be found and filled out on the app or portal and sent via email.
