How to Pay Premiums

How to Print ID Cards?
The Agent of Record can log into their Broker Portal and go to the member name to send them an ID card. The member can also go to the member portal for virtual ID cards.
How to Change/Select PCP?
Member must contact Oscar’s Concierge Team to assist with selecting or changing PCP. They may be contacted by calling 855-672-2755, direct message to the Care Team at hioscar.com, or email help@hioscar.com.
If a client has a mid-year plan change due to a Qualifying Life Event, will their deductible reset?
In this case, the deductible transfers over. This also applies if they move to a new market. New Jersey will be carried over if they are from Florida.
Is the answer the same if they change metal tiers (i.e., if they change from Bronze to Silver)?
In this case, the deductible will be carried over as long as they don’t move to a new State. It will only transfer over if they move to New Jersey.
Is the answer the same if they change plans using the under 150% FPL SEP?
In this case, the deductible will also carry over if they are within the same State.
