Below we will take a look at 3 very important videos. These videos will walk you through the life cycle of an application using the HealthSherpa platform. This process can be broken into three parts: Quoting > Completing an Application > Application Matinaice

Quoting:

Quoting is the best place to start when enrolling your Client. Using the Health Sherpa Quoting Tool, you can view all the plans offered in your client’s Zip code. Not only will you be able to see the plans offered, but you will be able to see estimated Premium, Deductible, Out-of-Pocket Max, and Plan Details. You will also be able to see Formularies. Using the Quoting Tool, you can determine the needs that your client values most.

Completing an Application:

After choosing a plan that best fits your client’s needs, you will need to fill out an application. When filling out an application it is important to provide as much information as possible. This will save you time in the future when additional documentation is required. Make sure all information is accurate. Somethings such as income are only estimates.

(NOTE) Application Maintenance:

Once you have completed the application, you can see any additional requirements requested by the Marketplace. You will be able to see documents that suffice the marketplace’s request, and upload them directly through Health Sherpa. You can always check on the status of your clients through Health Sherpa. Health Sherpa creates a profile of your client where you can view Client Information, Enrollment Status, Plan Details, Tax Documentation, and much more. You can also view and report application changes directly through Health Sherpa.
