Members should create logins for myCigna.com to access their ID cards and choose their PCPs. If they do need additional assistance, they can speak to a member guide at any time by calling the claims and benefits team at 1-866-494-2111 (medical) or 1-800-244-6224 (dental). If they need assistance registering or logging into myCigna.com, they should contact the myCigna.com support team at 1-800-853-2713.

If a client has a mid-year plan change due to a Qualifying Life Event, will their deductible reset?

In the case of Cigna, a switch in plan due to a QLE will NOT affect the accumulation of the deductible regardless of the change.

Are there any network changes? And are virtual plans still available?

Cigna will not be offering Holy Cross in their network, but other than that, there are no changes. They do still offer virtual plans.

Will there be any updates to the broker portal?

There will be updates including instructional materials, forms available in English/Spanish, book of business updates, access to quote and enroll, and other enhancements for OEP.

Will there be member incentives offered? If so, what are those and where are they available?

Yes, there will be member incentives. Take Control Rewards allows members to exchange earned points for experiences, merchandise, and more. Additionally, Healthy Rewards gives members access to fitness memberships, specialty provider discounts, and more.

When is the AOR locked in for a policy?

The Agent on the first submission will be locked as AOR.

Agents and members can request a Broker Designation Form from Cigna to switch AOR’s. This form needs to be signed by both the Agent and the Member.
