How to Print ID Cards?
For now, temporary ID cards can be requested and printed from the Christus Member Portal. If the member has issues with the portal, they need to contact member services who can assist. The phone number is (844) 282-3025.
How to Change/Select PCP?
For now, PCP changes need to be requested with a Member Services representative. Christus Member Services phone number is (844) 282-3025. Use this link to find a provider.
PCP selection can be verified in the Christus Member Portal in the “Assigned Providers” tab.
