How to Pay Premiums

- Online in member portal (members can set Auto-pay only through the member portal)
- Calling member engagement line
- Mail payment to: AvMed Inc PO Box 947363 Atlanta, GA 30394-7363
How to Print ID Cards?
Members can access their ID cards through the AvMed Member Portal. For assistance with the Portal or requesting new physical copies of ID cards, members should reach out to Member Engagement at 1-800-477-8768.
How to Change/Select PCP?

- Once logged into www.AvMed.org, Click on Tools & Resources
- Under Member Tools, Click on Primary Care Physician
- Here you can see all enrolled members, on the right side you’ll see Primary Care Physician
- Click on Assign PCP
- Use the Provider Search Tool as normal
- Select your Medical Plan
- If you are on the Achieve Network, Select Other Employer Groups or Guests
- Enter ZIP Code
- Click Search
- Once you’ve chosen a new PCP, Click on Change PCP or Make my PCP
- Confirm changes
PCP changes take effect on the 1st of the following month. If members need this process expedited, they should call the Member Services number on their ID card.
