How to Pay Premiums

How to Print ID Cards?
The member can view/print an ID card through their Member Portal on AetnaHealth.com or by downloading the AetnaHealth App.
Members can register by:
- Visit MyAetnaWebsite.com to register for the member website
- Get the Aetna Health app by texting “AETNA” to 90156 to receive a download link
- Broker can access the Contact Us/Help section of Producer World and request and ID Card by selecting Order ID Card as the Inquiry Type in the form.
Members can also call member services at: 1-844-365-7373 and request a virtual card to their email.
How to Change/Select PCP?
Members have the option to register for the member website or the mobile Aetna Health app, to receive helpful information, digital ID cards and ability to choose a PCP. Here’s how:
- Visit MyAetnaWebsite.com to register for the member website
- Get the Aetna Health app by texting “AETNA” to 90156 to receive a download link.
As of right now, members can select/change a PCP by either reaching out to Member Services at 1-844-365-7373 or Creating a Member Account on AetnaHealth.com.
For Aetna CVS, members can visit www.aetnacvshealth.com to log into the member website and update their PCP selection using the provider selection tool, or call member services team at 1-844-365-7373 to update their PCP selection.
If a client has a mid-year plan change due to a Qualifying Life Event, will their deductible reset?
In the case of Aetna, deductibles will reset in all scenarios.
When is the AOR locked in for a policy?
The broker on file as of December 31, 2023 will be processed in Aetna’s system as the broker of record and will remain on file as the broker of record for the 2024 plan year. If a member makes a plan change, or specifically requests a broker of record change, those will be accepted within the 2024 plan year.
For new members with effective dates other than January, the broker received on the first enrollment record will be recorded as the broker of record for the remainder of the plan year.
