How to Print ID Cards?
- The My Molina app lets the consumer have a digital copy of their ID Card, they can print it or use it digitally
- Brokers can also request a physical copy through Broker portal
- Members can also call Member Services and request a new ID Card
How to Change/Select PCP?
- Members can now search, view, and complete their own PCP Self-Selection via the My Molina Member Portal or New Provider Online Directory for primary subscribers.
- Brokers can also update and assign members PCPs information by going to the Cases section of the Broker Portal.
- Members can also call member services to change or assign PCPs.
If a client has a mid-year plan change due to a Qualifying Life Event, will their deductible reset?
