Healthcare.gov Redirect

One of the best ways to fix issues with an application

 

Step 1: Click Search Marketplace 

This is found in the top right of your HealthSherpa Dashboard.

 

Step 2: Click Healhcare.gov Redirect. No need to input any information

 

Step 3: Select the state pertaining to the application

 

Step 4: Log in to Healthcare.gov

  • This Login information is the same as Portal.CMS.gov. If you are having trouble logging into this screen, make sure you can Log in to Portal.CMS.gov (Where you did the FFM Training)

  • Your username is the same as your FFM ID (Can be found under settings on HealthSherpa or Username on Portal.CMS.gov)

 

Step 5: Get your Client’s permission. Fill out the required information. Click Search. Then select the application by clicking “Update Application”

  • Pay close attention to the FFM ID (“Application ID”). It is possible to have multiple FFM ID’s

 

Step 6: Sign the name on your Resident License

 

Step 7: You’re now in the Clients application on Healthcare.gov. Your initial screen may look different than shown below.
