How to Pay Premiums

Here is HealthFirst’s Premium Payment Options flyer for Individual and Family Plans.

Here are HealthFirst’s premium payment options for Medicare Advantage plans.

One-time payments can be made from the payment portal at hf.org/paypremium. Information needed to make the payment will include:

  • member ID number
  • first/last name
  • member email address
  • premium amount

 

Please remind all members (both new and renewing) that 2023 payment information needs to be updated in the system (regardless of whether they had autopay in the past).

Members who prefer autopay must create an account in the new member portal and set up autopay for the current year.

How to Print ID Cards?

Members can print their ID cards via the Member Portal.

How to Change/Select PCP?

To select/change PCP, members must contact Member Support at (855) 443-4735.
